CWA Local 4502 represents around 1,700 professional, technical and supervisory employees of the City of Columbus and is affiliated with Communications Workers of America (CWA). Your union fights for better pay, benefits and working conditions for the bargaining unit.
Our local is governed by our bylaws and the CWA Constitution.

Elected Leadership
Your union leadership is comprised of a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and seven executive board members. This team works hard to keep your union strong.
Union Staff
Your union staff work at the union hall to handle the union’s day-to-day operations.

Each department has at least one union representative who works in that department and is a great first resource when it comes to questions about your union, representation, social activities, benefits and more.
Retirees Chapter
Retired members can join the chapter and the one-time fee of $15 is covered by the Local. Stay active and informed on healthcare, pension and other issues while connecting with peers.
